When upgrading or developing a new brand the project will go through 7 different stages. This whole process can take about 6-8 weeks from start to finish depending on the complexity of the project. Please contact us at least 2 months prior to book a spot in the queue. If there are any early spots available we will notify you within 3-4 business days.
Depending on your chosen package we offer clients 1-4 logo examples with the accompanying brand visuals that are essential when first starting a business. These include — colour palette, logo extensions, pattern, font & more. You will receive a presentation for each phase that will have an approval period after each. You will also receive a full design process guide beforehand to refer back to if you need more information.
You get 3 round of revisions which is included in any package chosen so you can be versatile and have the assurance that your logo is everything you're looking for. Don't be afraid to hurt our feelings, our most important goal is making sure your brand is EXACTLY how you picture it and that you're happy with it.
Once the designs are completed and they're approved you will receive all the necessary elements and files so that you're able to use it through a variation of platforms. You will also receive a style guide at the end to continue your branding journey with consistency.
A 50% deposit is due at beginning of the project to solidify your spot in the queue. The remaining 50% is due at the end of the process upon delivery of work. Any time that falls out side of the project or extra deliverables that have not been written in the invoice will be billed on an hourly basis of $95 AUS an hour. Faster timeline projects will incur a fee.
